Pre-Nursery has 2,3 and 5 day morning options as well as a 3 afternoons/week program.
Nursery is a 5 day morning program with an optional 3 afternoons/week program.

Pre Nursery (18 months - 2.5 yrs)

Registration Process & Payment Information:

  • Register online. We will not accept paper forms.
  • Drop off payment: The registration fee* and deposit** can be dropped off at school (during school hours) or in the mailbox at 51 Waterloo Ave. (anytime) Cheques Payable to Uptown Chabad.
  • You will receive an e-mail from the office to confirm that your child has been accepted or put on a wait list.

* Registration fee is $100 and is non-refundable.
** Deposit equal to the value of one month’s tuition payment. Please note, the cheque will be deposited now and is non refundable. (The deposit will be credited as payment for June, 2018)

Please note that in order for us to review and process your applications in sequence the deposit and registration fee must be submitted on the same day as the online form submission.

The full tuition fee is to be paid before the first day of school.
Tuition can be paid in a single payment or in nine installments in the form of post-dated cheques for Sep 2017 thru May 2018. Cheques should be dated for the first of each month and payable to Uptown Chabad.
Please note that there are no tuition credits or make up days for illness, holidays or family vacations.
We require a one-month notice in writing if it becomes necessary to withdraw your child from the preschool. This allows time to fill the vacancy. At that time, you will receive the balance of the post dated cheques that have not been deposited.
